A&G Marketing Group
by Chip Colandreo
We’ve all spent the past two years learning to do traditional things in a whole new way. When it comes to marketing and branding – and even the way we show appreciation to our colleagues, coworkers, and service providers – Lake Mary’s A&G Marketing Group Powered by Proforma has been right at the cutting edge helping us make the most of our new normal.
Specializing in digital, print, and social-media marketing combined with innovative ideas for branded merchandise, owner Pablo Prahl and his team have spent the pandemic years coming up with fun new ways for companies to make their messages connect with a variety of audiences. These days, especially, combinations of the digital and tangible are earning rave reviews.
“Zoom fatigue is real,” Pablo says of the pandemic’s digital overload. “Our clients are finding that real things, tangible things, mean so much to people right now.”
That’s why gift boxes are suddenly such a hot commodity at A&G Marketing Group. Many companies are assembling a variety of branded gifts into welcome packages for new (often remote) employees or as a way to connect with clients who’ve been at arm’s length for too long. The gift packs also make wonderful thank-yous for teachers, healthcare workers, and other first responders. Inside, Pablo’s team can show off a company’s logo on just about anything.
That’s led to some especially fun projects in recent months.
“We recently created logoed slippers for a client to give employees who are working from home,” says Pablo. “It was a really cute way for the employees to feel connected to the office and each other while embracing the work-from-home culture. Another Proforma branch did a big order of branded pajamas with the same idea.”
Throughout the pandemic, Pablo and Jenny Herrera (his wife and A&G Marketing’s co-owner) have stayed on top of all the latest digital and physical marketing trends. They’ve attended all the major industry conferences, when possible, and kept in constant contact with the nationwide network of other Proforma-powered branches to make sure the Lake Mary team is always ready with the newest and best ideas.
And in the face of overwhelming digital fatigue, it’s that in-person expertise and one-on-one accountability that continues to make A&G Marketing Group so successful against the many nameless, faceless, online marketing and branding services.
“Clients can come to our office, see and feel the products, and work directly with us to create the very best physical and digital campaigns,” says Pablo. “Especially after all this time, it’s so nice to work with people face-to-face again.”
