Any of her satisfied clients will tell you: There should be more Realtors like Kristin Green-Vogt. Well, thanks to Kristin’s new partnership with Century 21 Integra, pretty soon there will be.

Kristin has been the #1 Realtor in Central Florida for two years in a row, and that’s a hard act to top. She personally sold 110 homes last year.

“So, the question becomes, ‘What’s next?’” says Kristin. “I have a special product, a way of doing things, a culture. I decided the way for me to grow was to help other people level up, to teach them my culture, and to help them be the best.”
That’s the inspiration behind the Kristin Green-Vogt Group, a dynamic new team of Realtors with an office opening soon in Lake Mary’s Griffin Farm at Midtown.

Kristin will continue to help buyers and sellers, herself, but she will also instill in her team the same commitment to tireless client service that has served her so well.

“We’re creating a positive culture to do good and have fun,” says Kristin. “I want everyone on the team to be where I am and have the same success.”

That will mean a lot of very happy clients throughout the community. Kristin is the Energizer Bunny of real estate with an endless energy source she puts to work for anyone selling or buying a home, and she’s determined to foster the same work ethic in her team.

The new office in Griffin Farm will reflect the positive vibe of the Realtors inside. Opening this fall, it will feel like an outdoor space inside – nothing like a traditional, stodgy real-estate office – with plenty of cozy spots to work, relax, or just stop by to say hello.

“It will be a very positive environment,” Kristin says. “We’re all very supportive of each other on this team, constantly sharing ideas and keeping each other upbeat.”
