Law Offices of Grace Anne Glavin and Morgan Title Company

by Michael Kramer

To fully appreciate the accomplishments of Grace Anne Glavin, Esq., one must first understand how far she has come in the four decades she has practiced law.

The product of a respected New York judge and prominent New Deal politician, Grace met the many challenges that a female attorney had to overcome back in the 1980s. For five years, she was the ONLY woman employed at a renowned banking and general civil practice law firm in Syracuse.

“While the firm employed well over 100 male attorneys, it hired no other women during my stay there,” Grace proudly recalls.

But Grace wanted to do more. She knew she could help people in the areas of real estate, probate, estate planning, family law, and litigation, so she opened her own law firm in Winter Springs in 1985. The rest is Seminole County history.

And it is a very rich history. Aside from being respected by judges, lawyers, and community leaders, Grace became very involved with our community. She was a founding board member and past president of the Central Florida Real Estate Attorneys’ Council and a past president of Central Florida Title Associates.

Her involvement in the community is not limited to just professional organizations. She has found the time to be chairman of the Winter Springs Planning and Zoning Board and the Seminole County president of Girl Scouts of Citrus Council. Grace has also been a board member of countless charities and nonprofit organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited children and The Humane Society.

While Grace is proud of all the aforementioned titles, her favorite title is and has always been “Mom” to Winter Springs High School graduate, ballerina, equestrian, skier, and attorney daughter, Elizabeth.

But with regard to her law practice, Grace has never taken her eye off the ball.

“I was taught to look at the big picture in every case and treat every judge and opposing attorney and litigant with a smile,” Grace says. “Cases may come and go, but your reputation of helping people stays with you forever.”

With a wide range of knowledge in many legal matters, Grace Anne Glavin, Esq. is always available for a free consultation.
