Realtor Jackie Meagher isn’t big on being in the limelight, so you probably won’t see her face plastered on any billboards. But she certainly knows the real estate business, and she takes great care of her clients in an effort to help them buy or sell their property.

Jackie has 20 years of experience helping buyers and sellers in the Oviedo, Winter Springs, Geneva, and Chuluota areas. She particularly likes helping people buy land, establishing homes on larger parcels – just as she has. Jackie and her family cherish their five-acre property and enjoy tending to their small garden and raising turkeys and chickens. 

“I love to help people get started with an organic lifestyle,” she says, “and I’m passionate about helping people find their own piece of paradise, whatever that may look like.”

From its inception as a tiny town of 800 residents in 1925, Oviedo has grown to a bustling city of more than 41,000. 

“I’ve lived in the community since 2006, before Oviedo on the Park was built,” says Jackie. “I’ve seen Oviedo really, truly grow.”

The area has so much to offer, she says, and being a fan of the outdoors, Jackie particularly appreciates the parks and myriad trails.

“I love the community of Oviedo,” says Jackie. “From the local events to the schools and the community feel – it has accessibility to everything, but it’s still a cozy suburb.” 

Oviedo is tucked away just enough to be homey, she adds, but it still offers convenient access to airports and other desirable amenities.
