Vollrath Law
by Jeannine Gage
Ten years ago, Vollrath Law, a firm specializing in estate planning, family law, probate, and real estate, was established right here in Oviedo. The partners, sisters Sharon Vollrath and Stephanie Vollrath, pursued law as a career driven by their desire to assist others.
Over the years, their firm has grown and added three more attorneys – which will make an already exceptional law firm even better.
“We thoughtfully selected our new attorneys to join our team due to their strong alignment with our firm’s fundamental values of excellent and compassionate legal representation,” according to the sisters.
Meet the new attorneys at Vollrath Law:
Abigail Edelstein
An Orlando native, Abigail earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and her law degree from Florida A&M University. She practices in probate law at Vollrath Law.
Abigail is deeply committed to pro-bono work and dedicated to serving her community. She has been an active volunteer at Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children and served on the boards for BASE Camp Children’s Cancer Foundation and the U.S. Green Chamber of Commerce.
In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, going to the beach, and exploring all that Florida has to offer.
Kimberly Palmer
A Central Florida native, Kimberly attended Bethune-Cookman University and Florida A&M University Law School. She practices in family law at Vollrath Law.
Kimberly began her career as an analyst for the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities. She later transitioned into the practice of family law while working for the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association and represented indigent survivors of domestic violence in divorce, paternity actions, injunctions for protection, and immigration matters.
She enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, three children, and extended family.
