OsteoStrong

If 2025 is the year you resolve to make lifestyle changes to feel healthier, look better, and become stronger, then check out what OsteoStrong Tuskawilla has to offer.
By committing just a few minutes a week, you will not only improve your present self – you will also help your future health by improving bone strength, balance, posture, and physical strength.
Cheree Burgess, a longtime Winter Springs resident with extensive experience in the wellness and fitness industries, opened OsteoStrong Tuskawilla in October 2021 with a mission to transform lives by addressing a crucial yet often overlooked foundation of health: skeletal health.
“When I saw how OsteoStrong was changing people’s lives,” says Cheree, “I wanted to be a part of the OsteoStrong family.”
In addition to being a people person who loves to help others, Cheree has a personal reason for opening OsteoStrong. She lost her father, Jesse, 19 years ago at the age of 65 due to a rapid decline in his health.
“I watched his health spiral downward quickly,” says Cheree, who understands the importance of a healthy skeletal system, the foundation of our body. “If OsteoStrong had been around back then, he could still be alive.”
OsteoStrong is an Integrative Health and Wellness Center with a focus on musculoskeletal strengthening, through an innovative concept known as osteogenic loading.
OsteoStrong’s four-device circuit is designed to stimulate new bone growth safely and effectively. Under the guidance of a skilled technician, users engage in a safe, controlled movement that emulates high-impact forces to their bones, triggering remodeling and strengthening. The science behind OsteoStrong is based on Wolff’s law, which states that when the load on a bone increases, the bone will remodel itself to become stronger.
As adults, impact becomes associated with injury. Therefore, adults intentionally avoid impact, and even those who engage in exercise often fail to maintain bone health. OsteoStrong’s devices safely emulate these impacts so that people can get the benefits without the associated risk, making it available for a wider audience.
“Anyone with a skeleton can benefit from OsteoStrong,” says Cheree, “and make small changes with big results.”
The membership-based center is open to all ages and levels of activity to promote skeletal strength. Membership starts at $139 a month.
